With a long standing family history in construction, Cory was always destined to succeed in the construction industry.
At only 19 years of age, Cory was entrusted in becoming the head landscape designer for three of Waterloo Region's biggest home builders. After a long process having to impress company executives Cory was selected to replace his former manager and the company's former head designer. Having worked in landscaping for only one year prior Cory was chosen based on his hard work, exquisite eye for design and extensive knowledge of creating practical and functional designs. Being put in charge of landscape designing for model homes and new developments is a daunting task for any 19 year old. With every design being implemented and receiving great feedback there was nothing left to accomplish and time for a new challenge.
Having graduated from the University of Guelph, Cory decided to start his own company, riker:volchok Construction, Landscapes & Design. Since it's inception Cory has worked tirelessly to make riker:volchok the foremost recognized Construction, Landscape & Design company in Kitchener, Waterloo & Cambridge.
