Notes: 
-Two types of soil available : Triple Mix or Garden blend
- 1 yard of triple mix will generally cover 2000 sq ft adequately  
- Offer consists of using soil for topdressing (spreading on lawn), to have the soil spread in your garden please contact us, the special pricing may or may not apply
​- Soil will be spread across lawn with focus on areas which need it the most and the remainder spread across the lawn evenly 
- Flat Rate consists of installation cost for an average sized property of up to 5000 sq ft and within 100 ft of where a truck/trailer can park
- riker:volchok obtains the right to reject special pricing to properties with large hills, accessibility difficulties or properties over 5000 sq ft
- Soil will be supplied without an actual soil bag but within a truck/trailer however the same amount of 1 yard will be supplied
