Our Sodding Process:
- We remove your existing lawn down to the bare soil using a sod cutter rather than a rototiller (Rototilling is a cheaper easier way to do sodding but it doesn't remove any of the weeds and mixes the existing topsoil with subsoil, which is often times clay)
- We then fully dispose of the old lawns waste
- We spread a layer of fresh high-quality soil over the whole lawn area ensuring proper drainage and grading
- We then lay the new fresh cut sod with minimal visible seams
- We will then hand roll the new sod or fertilize at your request
- Finally, we make sure to leave no mess behind, sweeping all sidewalks, road or driveway areas that may have gotten dirty
